How to Set Up Your Dating Preferences in the VESTA App

Your dating preferences help VESTA personalize the people and connections you see.

Instead of completing a long form, you will set your preferences through a simple conversation with your personalized dating assistant.

The assistant asks each question, and you only need to select the answer that feels right for you.

The current Dating Preferences section includes your preferred age range and your preferences around children and family.

Step 1: Open Your Profile

Log in to VESTA and select Profile from the bottom navigation menu.

On your Profile page, find the Dating Preferences section.

Select Complete with assistant to begin.

Step 2: Select Your Preferred Age Range

Your dating assistant will welcome you back and explain that your preferences help personalize your future matches and overall experience.

When asked what age range you feel most comfortable connecting with, select Select age range and choose your preferred range.

Choose the range that reflects the people you are genuinely open to meeting.

Step 3: Answer the Children and Family Questions

Next, your dating assistant will guide you through a few questions about children and family.

You will be asked:

• Whether you currently have children

• Whether you would like to have children in the future

• How you feel about connecting with someone who already has children

  
  

Select the answer that most accurately reflects your current preferences.

These questions help VESTA understand what relationship circumstances may feel aligned with the life you want to build.

Step 4: Review Your Completed Dating Preferences

After you finish the conversation, you will be directed to your Profile page.

Your selected age range and Children & Family preferences will appear in the Dating Preferences section.

You can expand each category to review the information you provided.

Step 5: Update Your Preferences Anytime

Your preferences may change over time.

To make an update, go to your Profile page and select Edit with assistant under the Dating Preferences section.

Your dating assistant will guide you through the questions again so you can update your choices.
